This book is only 215 pages long, and the author seems to have had a hard time filling those pages. He usually writes for magazines, and I think this book was him putting together multiple articles to make up a book. It wasn’t really bad, but it seems like he didn’t have enough to say about the librarians to fill a book, so he put in a lot of terrorist history to fill up the rest. It is probably half about “librarians” and half about terrorists. He writes a little bit about himself as well.
It was frequently repetitive, which might make it easier for readers who can’t keep up with all the characters, but became annoying.
